Notify users 24 hours in advance for planned interruptions exceeding 3 hours (except for emergencies).
Maintain an uptime of 99% on a monthly average. Excludes interruptions due to technical maintenance, third-party failures, or unforeseeable events such as natural disasters.
Perform backups every 72 hours. The integrity of backups is not guaranteed and is intended for system restoration only in case of hardware failure.
2. PROHIBITED USER ACTIONS (Violations may result in account suspension or termination without refund)
Improper use of bugs, hacks, cheats, bots, macros, or auto-clickers.
Disrespect towards administrators or other players.
Being complicit with malicious players.
Sharing your account with anyone. Shared accounts create security risks. Password loss will not be considered a system fault.
Issuing threats to Boleiro's team under any circumstances. All threats will be treated as severe violations.
3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
Keep the account active by logging in at least once every 12 months. Inactive accounts for over 12 months are automatically deleted without any refund rights.
4. FINAL PROVISIONS
Boleiro reserves the right to change technical procedures or service terms without prior notice.
Boleiro may reset servers with prior notice or for structural updates, characterizing the end of a game season.
If Boleiro is dissatisfied with the user relationship, it reserves the right to terminate the account without refunds, as services were rendered during the usage period.
